All products except weapon blades carry a six month warranty.
If a claim is made within this period, we reserve the right to decide whether to repair or replace faulty goods.
Customers have the right to return any goods to us within 14 days for a refund of their value, providing they are unused and in their original packaging.
Millers Musketeers will only refund the return delivery if the goods are faulty.

We will not accept liability for any goods lost or damaged in transit.
Additional insurance for goods in transit will only be added if specifically requested, and is at the customers' expense.
We are not liable for any consequential loss.
The maximum liability on any claim that we will accept is the invoice value of the goods.

Goods remain the property of Millers Musketeers until they are paid for in full.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is to be made in advance for all purchases.
Credit card payments may be made safely and securely through Paypal's secure check out facility.
We unfortunately cannot accept credit card payments over the phone at this stage.
If you prefer to order by email, we can invoice you through Paypal, or you can pay via BACS transfer.
If individual payment terms have been agreed, we reserve the right to charge interest on late payments.
